We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your merchandise for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the order was paid.

- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a receipt and be made with 30 days of purchase.
- All sales are final on clearance items.

- The item has obviously been worn
- Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odor.
- There are stains, holes, marks or other blemishes
- No Shipping costs will be refunded for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to the warehouse/address listed in the return instructions. The customer is NOT responsible for the re-shipment costs associated with the replacement item back to them. ReebokCricketOnline.com will incur that expense for the customer.
- ReebokCricketOnline.com is not responsible for any taxes, duties or importing fees on any international orders.
If you need to return or exchange a ReebokCricketOnline.com purchase, please follow the steps below:
- Email Contact@ReebokCricketOnline.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#).
- In email briefly describe issue and notify if it's a return or an exchange.
- Please pack all items being returned securely in the original packaging if possible.
- Apparel - Print off this Apparel Return Form and write the (RA#) in the appropriate field.
- Headwear - Print off this Headwear Return Form and write the (RA#) in the appropriate field.
- Attach the Return Label to the outside of the package that you are returning.
For your protection it is recommended that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post to return your shipment.
